Empower & Heal
We want our patients to be partners in their own healing. We want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. We want them to realize how important self care and maintenance is in their journey to better health. We look forward to working with each patient as an individual!
"Our life is what our thoughts make it"
We have re-opened and look forward to seeing you all again! We are taking every precaution to keep you the client and ourselves safe while providing you with the same service you have been missing. The treatment space may look a little different and we may look different with our masks but your massage will feel the same and that is the most important thing!
What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe
As stated above Amy, Haylee, and Katy are all members of the Massage Therapists Association of Nova Scotia and we are required to adhere to a strict standard of safety to be able return to work. Natural Route Massage Therapy takes this very seriously and we have your safety at heart. Here is what to expect at your next appointment:

When you enter the clinic you will complete the COVID-19 screening survey again. We will document your response and if you answer yes to any of the questions you will be asked to reschedule and contact 811.
You will then proceed to the washroom to wash your hands and then go directly to your treatment room.
After your massage, you will wash your hands again before paying and rescheduling.
If you are feeling unwell the day of your massage you must cancel. There will be no cancellation fee for this. All the therapists are screened daily for COVID-19 symptoms and if we are feeling unwell the day of your appointment we will cancel and reschedule.
Please be on time for your appointment. We will need time between clients to thoroughly clean and disinfect the treatment rooms, waiting area, washroom as well as any shared surfaces between each client.
If you are late we will have to end your treatment at the scheduled time and you will be responsible for the full payment. We will do our best to be on time.
We will wear a mask for the duration of your massage and at times when we are unable to maintain a distance of 6ft.
It is highly recommended that you wear a mask during your massage. Please bring your own mask of any type(homemade, medical).
There will be hand sanitizer available in the waiting area and each treatment room but hand washing is best.
There will be no shared surfaces i.e. water cooler, magazines, candy. Please bring your own water if you need it.
We look forward to serving you safely!
